What a better way than to spend a sunny autumn eve than with my best friend at Greenwood Conservation Area.
So many beautiful colours! So peaceful, too.

My cousin Judy recently got engaged! I took a few photos of them at the Scarborough Bluffs, since they weren’t going to do engagement photos.
Congratulations to them both. I look forward to celebrating the big day with you!
I hope everyone is having a good summer — as usual, I have been so busy I haven’t had time to share all my summer photos. But these are my most recent, taken at Scarborough Bluffs, only about 30 minutes from downtown Toronto.
The bluffs is a beautiful place to go — as I have stressed in other blog posts —Β especially if you get there during morning golden hour — before the buses and loads of people show up!
This weekend, the Olympics wrapped up — I have been pretty involved in watching it.
This year was an all-time record for Canada in the winter Olympics with 29 medals in total. Way to go Team Canada! My favourite events were the figure skating, specifically the ice dancing, team event and men’s long program.
This year’s fashions were pretty good too. I love the Olympic Closing Ceremony Jacket from Hudson’s Bay — it is actually SUPER comfy. And I also purchased the Announcement Jacket. Overall, I am happy with the purchases and even happier I got them for 40% off! If you’re still interested in the merch, I would buy this week as the stock is pretty much permanently gone.
Also — I have been thinking about volunteering for the Olympics. The summer ones are in Tokyo. Has anyone done it, and what did they think about it?
It’s snowing! It looks like I am not the only one who loves this weather! π
