My first visit to Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, Toronto

It’s been open for years now, but I only JUST visited the Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada in Toronto – as part of Scott’s birthday celebrations. We started off with dinner at Real Sports Bar and Grill, and took a five-minute walk over to the aquarium.

We went for around 8 p.m., for “Sharks After Dark” – an evening adventure around the aquarium. And it’s $5 less at night!

I knew it’d be fun, but I was not quite expecting it to be this well-done! With wall-to-wall aquariums over your head – you get to be right up close and personal with the sharks, turtles and stingray. What a unique experience for anyone visiting the city.

Happy Easter

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted — a lot of business this time of year for me! But I hope everyone had a safe, happy Easter weekend. Love, Emily & Táta!

PS – She hated these bunny ears 🙂 But we got a picture after a few quick tries!

Táta’s first week

Wow! It’s already been one week since we picked up Táta from the airport. And what a great week it’s been. Our cats took the week to get adjusted, but they have quickly got back into their routine. As for Táta, she is right at home! She enjoys her walks and naps on the couch the most. We love this Icelandic Sheepdog so much already — feels like she’s been here forever.

Welcome Táta

Say hello to the newest member of our family! Táta, the Icelandic Sheepdog who came all the way to us from Biggs Ranch in Alberta!

After almost four months, we’ve finally edited our video from Iceland.

Please have a watch, we’re very proud of it!
