Oh, how I love to draw! Recently, I’ve taken an interest in “Paper” by FiftyThree. The application works on iPads and iPhones, I believe. But unfortunately, not on the Android platform yet.
Now, I was a bit skeptical when I was first introduced to the app. I am much more conventional – real paper and pencils seem much more sensible. But once I tried it, I must say, I really enjoyed it.
In the matter of a few days, I doodled a few things; a few things I wanted to share. I don’t know if you’ll be able to pick them out, but below includes Alice and Wonderland, Sailor Moon and Big Bang Theory cartoons. I also sketched an image of a rubber ducky, inspired by Paul Brandt’s version of “Convoy.”
Have you been using it? What do YOU think? Feel free to share your artwork in the comments section.
Hi Emily!
it was great to hear form you today…
i see that you have picked up new talents lately…
i love your drawings… they are bright and ccolourful…
have a great weekend….peter:)
Thanks Peter. I am not great at drawing, but I am really enjoying this app. It makes me drawings seem better than they are! Also, thank you for the tips for my trip. I really gotta get on my research!
I have an iPad4, Emily, and have only scratched the surface on what it can do, I’m sure. One day I will probably find an app that will do something so awesome it will blow my mind. I can see how THIS app would do that to someone like you. It’s like being a kid all over again. 🙂
Totally, Ginnie! The app is great for all ages, and it also saves the pieces in pretty high quality if you want them printed. You should check it out. It’s fun 🙂
Great drawings! You are very artistic! Well done! 🙂
thank you! I am hoping to develop my skills more!
nope, i haven’t come across this one, i am an android user but i love what you have done here!
They don’t really have a good app for drawing on the android platform that’s free. Hopefully FiftyThree makes one. A lot of people would like to see it.
